Today, I'm taking you on a tour of my old neighborhood in Pasay, a city located in Metro Manila where I used to live growing up. This is the City of Pasay, where I made my debut and spent my childhood. I have fond memories of going to school here, hanging out with friends, and even going on dates.
As we walk through the streets, I can't help but feel nostalgic. We pass by a school I used to attend, and I'm amazed to see how much has changed in the past 20 years since I graduated. The school is now blue, and I can't help but wonder if it has always been this color.
I remember coming to this school with my friends after class to get snacks and go on dates. It's full of memories, and I can't wait to share them with you.
We continue walking, and I'm surprised to see that my old school, Pasay Chung Hua Academy, is still standing. It's a Chinese school, and I'm proud to say that my Chinese skills were honed here. I'm excited to go inside and see if it has changed at all.
As we enter the school, I'm struck by how strict the security is. Parents aren't even allowed to enter without an ID, and I'm grateful that I always wore mine back when I was a student here.
We explore the schoolyard, and I'm taken back to my childhood. I remember dancing and playing sports here, and dreaming of becoming a singer. It's strange to see how small the schoolyard looks now, compared to how huge it seemed when I was a student.
As we walk around, I can't help but feel sentimental. I miss this neighborhood and all the memories it holds. But I'm also grateful for the opportunity to revisit my old school and share my experiences with you.
Thank you for joining me on this tour of my old neighborhood. It's been a blast from the past, and I'm glad I could share it with you.
